Would you like to be an active part of a large museum and participate in the dissemination of our natural heritage?
The Museum has had two Associations of Friends since 1993: the Associació d’Amics del Museu de Ciències Naturals de Barcelona (AAMCNB) (Association of friends of the Museu de Ciències Naturals de Barcelona) and the Associació d’Amics del Jardí Botànic de Barcelona (AAJBB) (Association of friends of the Jardí Botànic de Barcelona). Both of these organisations are non-profit and their main objectives are to support the Museum and its programmes and activities. Through their actions they help to achieve the Museum’s objectives: the conservation, study and dissemination of our natural heritage, education in the natural sciences, and promotion of environmental awareness.
