Keeping in mind that meteorites are objects that fall from the sky, their existence has always been surrounded by mystery and legends. The Greeks and Romans worshipped meteorites and they appear in their mythology. It is still possible to see a meteorite in a center of worship: Mecca, where the Kaaba or black stone, a meteorite that was venerated by the Beduins before the founding of Islam.
